Rules

This list is intended for those interested in Wicca, Druid, Paganism, Discordianism, chaos magick, general magick, or other related topics. Although we do sometimes go off topic, please try to keep your posts related to this sort of thing. If you have a request or comment to make that is not related to the topic being discussed, please put OT: in the subject line of your post.

Please note that no hate mail will be tolerated and if you send any such mail, it will result in your immediate removal from the list. However, for other minor offenses, you are given a maximum of two warnings prior to your removal. If you rejoing the list and persist with inapropriate behaviour, you will be permanantly banned from the list. (So far we've never had to go to such extremes, we've got a great list here.)

If you are having problems with someone on the list, send a complaint to the list moderators at: RunicRing-owner@topica.com. This also applies if you are having problems switching between modes, or other list-related problems/questions.

Please do not type in all caps; it is considered to be yelling, and therefore offensive, and rude. It is also difficult to read, and difficult on the eyes.

I would hope it would be obvious, but I'll say it in case it's not: Please don't send ANY chain letters, no matter what the cause. People really hate getting them.

Another thing people hate getting is one line posts, even if it is to say something encouraging such as 'Good point, I agree'. Comments like that can be sent directly to the person who sent the message if you really think it's that important. It clutters up the list, and people do not have the time to read such posts. So when you post, try to have something new to add to the topic that is at least three lines long.

Just common sense really.
