to which Pat and VeeDub both wrote excellent replies.

and VeeDub literally used a few of the same exact phrases I use:

I couldn't agree more--like I was saying regarding the healing-mom-thing--just show her your love.

Do normal things, only in a different Way(Tao).

And remember that E-MOTIONs mean Energy-(in)MOTION.

"Live with Passion!!!"

(e.g., taking the Leap of Faith/BeLIEf)

To me, Magick is defined in a number of ways, in a number of contexts. To add to the excellent aforementioned lists, to me, Magick is:

Yang to Divination's Yin

Projection (cf. Reception)

Active (cf. Passive)

Change (the Way of the Magi) rather than Acceptance (the Way of the Mystic)

Shamanic

Art

Science

a state of "in-between-ness" (what I call the Twilight Zone)

Fun

practiced by all (HVCW's and Humies are just damn sloppy)

often found in Paradox

Change

Process

Goal

Liberating

the Truth behind the Veil of Maya

that which is more easily done in an ASC
